Remembering Gary Weber

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Gary Weber, a long-time and dedicated volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Sunshine Coast’s refundable program. Gary generously gave his time and energy for many years, helping process thousands of bottles and cans to support affordable housing in our community. 

We are incredibly grateful for all he contributed and will miss him dearly. Our thoughts are with Pauline and the entire Weber family.

Thank you, Gary, for everything. Your legacy lives on in the community you helped build.

Remembering William Murray Drope

We are saddened to share the passing of William Murray Drope, a dedicated volunteer who gave over 14 years of service to Habitat for Humanity Sunshine Coast’s recycling efforts in Gibsons.

We are incredibly thankful for all he gave and offer our deepest condolences to his wife Pat and the entire Drope family.

Thank you, Murray, for your unwavering dedication. You helped build more than homes—you helped build community.
